Light clay on Golurk

I've been trying to thief light clay off of Golurks for a couple hours and still haven't found one! How rare are these things? Are they not found on the ones in victory road?

Golurk can hold a Light Clay 5% of the time, and yes, you can find Light Clay in Victory Road.

If you put a Pokemon with Compoundeyes at the front of your party, that 5% chance increases to 20%. Give that a try.

Best trick to get one is to have a fainted Pokemon with compound eyes in the lead.

Your second Pokemon should be one with the ability Frisk and a move such as thief or trick.

look in dragonspiral second floor instead of victory road. they're pretty much the only things that appear. which makes it a little easier.
