Could these guys take down the entire PWT (except the type expert)

I have a bunch of Pokemon I made in Black. Most of them are some of my favorites (Houndoom, PorygonZ) and some of them were made specifically to stomp the Subway (Gengar Garchomp, Ferrothorne). They are all EV trained, have appropriate natures and have at least one 31 IV. Latios Timid Levitate Perfect Speed IV 252 Sp.A / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Draco Meteor -Psyshock -Surf -Recover I made this guy the other day. The rest were from Black 1. Houndoom Timid Flash Fire Perfect Special Attack and Speed IVs 252 Sp.A / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Shadow Ball -Flamethrower -Nasty Plot -Foul Play Don't know what the hell is up with his moveset... Lack of Dark Pulse in B1 really screwed him Metagross Adamant Clear Body Perfect Attack IV 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Agility -Meteor Mash -Earthquake -Zen Headbutt Milotic Bold Marvel Scale Perfect HP, Defense, and Special Defense IVs 252 HP / 252 Sp.D / 6 Def -Scald -Dragon Tail -Ice Beam -Recover PorygonZ Timid Adaptability Perfect HP, Special Attack, and Speed IVs 252 Sp.A / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Tri Attack -Thunder Bolt -Ice Beam -Nasty Plot With 2x STAB Tri-Attack and BoltBeam this guy wrecked a lot of things. I could probably replace Nasty Plot. Crobat Jolly Infiltrator Perfect Attack/ Special Attack (lol), and Speed IVs. 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Brave Bird -Toxic -X-Scissor -U-Turn Slowking Modest Regenerator Perfect Special Attack and Special Defence IVs 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Sp.D -Nasty Plot -Slack Off -Psyshock -Surf I loved this guy. He could take hits and dish them out. Ferrothorn Sassy Iron Barbs Perfect Attack IV. 0 Speed IV 252 HP / 250 Def / 8 Sp.D -Protect -Leech Seed -Curse -Gyro Ball I remember this guy wrecking a lot of Super Singles solo. Garchomp Jolly Sand Veil Perfect Attack and Speed IVs 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Earthquake -Outrage -Fire Fang -Rock Slide Nidoking Timid Sheer Force Perfect Special attack and Speed IVs 252 Sp.A / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Earth Power -Thunder Bolt -Flamethrower -Ice Beam I ran this guy with a Life Orb. He destroyed. Charizard Timid Blaze Perfect Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed IVs 252 Sp.A / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Flamethrower -SolarBeam -Air Slash -Dragon Pulse I might replace Air Slash with Sunny Day. Gengar Timid Levitate Perfect Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed IVs 252 Sp.A / 252 Spd / 6 HP -Thunderbolt -Shadow Ball -Destiny Bond -Focus Blast Not sure why Destiny Bond is on this set I also hatched a Shiny Houndour with the Masuda Method last May. He is Timid and has Flash Fire. His IV's aren't that good though. His HP is "fantastic". I might replace the other Houndoom with him anyway. So tell what you think. Could these guys beat all of the PWT or should I start breeding again? Also, sorry if this post looks too big.
From: gamerman57 | #001 Houndoom Well, you can fix that now. Dark Pulse is taught by the move tutor in Lentimas Town. Also, I suggest using a Drought Ninetales if you're using a Solar Power Charizard. Otherwise, this group looks good to me. --- http://i458.photobucket.com/albums/qq303/CharizardFire6/Char-Brawl.gif The official Charizard of the Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 boards.
CharizardFire posted... From: gamerman57 | #001Houndoom Unfortunately it is a Blaze Charizard. I totally forgot about the Dark Pulse tutor. Thanks!
From: gamerman57 | #003 Unfortunately it is a Blaze Charizard. Huh, I missed the part about it being a Blaze Charizard. Sun will still benefit it, though. --- http://i458.photobucket.com/albums/qq303/CharizardFire6/Char-Brawl.gif The official Charizard of the Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 boards.
How would this Houndoom set work? Dark Pulse Flamethrower / Heat Wave Solar Beam Sunny Day I don't really want to use a DW Ninetails because two fire fire types on a team of three is just asking for trouble. Especially with my luck.
Could any of these guys be good in the upcoming WiFi tournament?
Bump. Any other thoughts or opinions? Would any of these guys make a good team on Pokemon Showdown?
I got through the majority of PWT with these three: Imposter Ditto with perfect HP IV, nature doesn't matter, EV trained in HP N's Zoroark, whatever nature it usually is (Hasty I think), EV trained in Speed and Sp Att - Dark Pulse - Flamethrower - Focus Blast - Nasty Plot Shiny Haxorus, Jolly, terrible IVs, EV trained in Speed and Att - Outrage - Earthquake - Rock Slide - Swords Dance The items they held were sort of an afterthought. I eventually got enough BP to get a Choice Scarf for Ditto, which helped a lot. The other two have Leftovers and ... honestly I don't remember the other item. --- If you actively hate Justin Bieber... then you don't know what "intended audience" means. Hate Twilight instead, it's far worse.
The three I use are, although fairly nooby, very effective. Latios @ Choice Scarf Modest Dragon Pulse Psyshock Thunderbolt Ice Beam EV trained in Sp. Atk and Speed. Latios is my lead. 90% of the time, he takes at least one Pokemon out (or at least activates their Focus Sash) before going down. His Choice Scarf pretty much ensures that he will go first. The majority of the reason that I use Latios is Cynthia's Garchomp. Heatran @ Air Balloon Modest Flamethrower Flame Charge Earth Power HP-Grass EV trained in Sp. Atk and Speed. Heatran starts off with Flame Charge... And now I have a very strong Fire type that's faster than anything my opponent has. I usually send him out against things that can't hurt it much (a prime example being Alder's Volcarona. I get three boosts of Speed and Flash Fire to activate before Alder switches). Terrakion @ Focus Sash Jolly Close Combat Rock Slide Stone Edge X-Scissor EV trained in Attack and Speed. Terrakion (nicknamed "Roflstompr") is probably one of the best Pokemon I have. Period. He gets sent out and almost always takes something down with him. He has Rock Slide for Red's Charizard and Lance's Dragonite (assuming I don't start with Latios when fighting Lance) because they both have Focus Sashes and die in one hit to Rock Slide anyway. Close Combat's defense drop is practically null and void because most things almost one-shot him anyway. So now I use Close Combat freely thanks to my Focus Sash. Okay, sure. They're all Legendaries. I have yet to beat the Champions Tournament without Legendaries. Besides, they're all allowed to be used. Why not use them? But I think your guys will do fine. I doubt my team has perfect IVs in any stat and I eat the Champions all the time with them. --- http://i.imgur.com/K29ku1D.png Hardest decisions ever: http://www.contrib.andrew.cmu.edu/~msandbot/pokemon/blackwhite.html
Yeah, I'll just start it. Does it auto level me to 50 if I am under? Three or four are in their 40's. |
