I loved the 5 kill combo in Conviction.
Choke hold a victim. Drag him to an area with 4 guys. Mark 3 of them and manually aim for the headshot on the 4th guy.
Pop the manual headshot, "mark-kill" the other 3, then neck snap the last guy... So satisfying!

You know what was even more satisfying? Feeling like an actual spy in the previous Splinter Cell's.
