Scoring - end level stats question

So I distract every guard I can with broken lights or something. I get 150 points immediately. I then let them search and when they go back to normal mode, I kill them...
Which brings me to my question about the end level bonuses.

At the end of the level it shows all your stats. Kills etc...
There is a column for "distracted" guards. In a level where I kill 30 guards, and I had distracted 20 of them with either lights or fireworks. Why does it only show a 1 or a 2? Is it the number of guards you kill WHILE they are distracted? Or is it the number of guards that got distracted, but I didn't kill. (Pretty sure I kill everyone, so that shouldn't be the reason.)

Any info on this and all end level stats would be appreciated.

It should be counting the number of "Distracted" bonusses you get each level.

Right. I get at least 20 every level, but at the end it only shows 1 or 2.

Unless, like I said earlier, the bonus is for killing the guard while he is actively seeking. I'll have to test my theory.

Ok, I did a ghost run and found my answer.

I distracted every guard possible and didn't kill any. I got the distraction bonus for every single guard I distracted and left alive. You can press "left" when you get to the score screen and it shows your kills/alerts/etc...
So the bonuses are for guys left alive.
Either way, kill or ghost, you get 400 points.
