NHL 12 vs NHL 13

I went into GameStop the other day and was looking forward to buying NHL 13 when I realized I left my wallet at home and only had enough to get NHL 12, so I got that instead (I know, dumb move), but it's a great game, so it was worth it.

As far as NHL games go, I have:

NHL 2003 (EA, Xbox)
NHL 2004 (EA, Xbox)
NHL 2005 (EA, Xbox)
NHL 2006 (EA, Xbox)
NHL 2007 (EA, Xbox)
NHL 2K9 (2K, Wii)
NHL 2K10 (2K, Wii)
NHL 10 (EA, PS3)
NHL 2K11 (2K, Wii)
NHL 12 (EA, PS3)

So I'm wondering the differences between 12 and 13. I also have to get 08 but I'll get that eventually... it's on PS3, right?

A completely new momentum based skating engine. That's about all the difference but its a major one; equal to the change from one button shooting to the current skill stick.

Oh and goalies make rediculous saves that would make Patty Roy blush. Even goalies that are 50 overall and 16 years old make saves no human has any business saving yet let in a weak backhand from the point.
