Why would it be on Xbox live? To reach a smaller audience that's less receptive to the game's revenue model? It would also need a clunky interface layered on top for a console, since it was designed for a touchscreen. It would be as much fun to play on Xbox as games with virtual joysticks and buttons are on a touchscreen device. Wich is to say not at all.
