Crashes when opening the friendship list/map

Any ideas on what might be causing the game to crash when trying to open the list of neighbours/friends to visit in tapped out?

I have a similar issue. I can bring up the friends list, but it crashes when it tries to load a friend's Springfield.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same! Only just started happening today though, I have quite a few friends now (about 23) but I can only visit about 2-3 of them. All the others cause the game to crash

Yeah, I can access a few of them, but then most of the others cause it to crash. I checked the EA forums too, and we are not alone. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Doing the latest update fixes it. The friends I was trying to visit all had Halloween content and I didn't.

Well That's lame, I'm running iOS 4.2 and it won't let me update to re Halloween version (4.3 only). Guess I won't be able to visit any friends now. :/

Seems hit and miss for me. Sometimes it works. Sometimes not.
