Is it just me, or is this game blurry as hell?

During gameplay it's absolutely fine and I see no difference from the PS3 version, but during in game cutscenes, anything in the background is so blurry that you can barely see it. I can't remember if it was like that on the PS3 version as I haven't played it in a while, but I don't think it was THIS bad.

Anybody else notice this?

Not here, it looks fine to me. Maybe your tv ? Did you try looking at the tv and gamepad to see any difference?

No, it looks the same on the gamepad as well. I'll try to fool with the settings to see if that fixes him.

It's really blurry for me whenever cutscenes or missions are starting to where I can't really make out everything in the back. Is this supposed to be normal? The character models are fine during it, just everything else blurs out to insane amounts.

Mine's like that too, but only during cutscenes. I figure it was done on purpose, although it's a really stupid design choice. If there is a way to fix it, though, I'd like to know too.

It's most likely because they're trying to emulate the out-of-focus camera effect. If you ask me, they've done a really horrible job with it.
