Not only that, but I can more or less guarantee that EA's customer service is done by people who might not work on this continent, probably don't work directly for EA, and CERTAINLY have no personal vested interest in whether or not you get your refund.
All you have to do is treat them like people (instead of EA robots) and you probably qualify for a refund. --- 84% of people make up their statistics. If you are one of the 16% that don't, put this in your signature.
