It's true that simcity can work offline without any problems.

Well, only thing left to do for EA.
Release a patch that makes it so some things really do require being connected to EA servers to function.

Don't give up EA! We believe in you! Online DRM MUST prevail at all costs!

You are wrong! It proves that simcity can be playable offline while cities can interact with each other & other stuff like garbage trucks servicing a city. It leaves only one question, did EA wanted people to always stay online to play by using a countdown timer that boots players when they are offline for sometime?

Still not able to pirate it, more sales are being generated because on the fence pirates can't get it. Each individual day it can't be pirated is a success IMO.

Your logic is flawed here. There is no evidence that "on the fence pirates" buy games because they can't pirate it.

Also, its been what, a week? Two almost? Cracks regularly take several weeks to come out.
