Using disasters in your favor

Was bored messing around, spawned a meteor and noticed that it can destroy forests as well as the grass on the ground. So I had an idea.

Burned off the grass near the shore and made an artificial beach texture. Not sure how long the grass will stay gone but I found it interesting.

I just hammered a claimed plot of land all over with meteors for 10 minutes and saw zero radiation or ground pollution.

It's rare enough but sometimes they will cause radiation.

ya i've only had one that caused radiation, oddly, the first one. Which had me paranoid every time they happened. until i figured out it was just a chance to happen.
