What do you guys recommend? I think minimal would be best but I dont want to miss anything by accident.

Was about to ask the same question! Imma go with minimal.....if I get stuck......ill revert to standard! --- If it don't make dollar$ it don't make sense

Go standard, cause the game has some serious lighting problem, everything is UNGODLY dark. Sometimes to the point of not being able to see things. --- Currently Playing: Dungeon Defenders, SSX, ME3: Galaxy At War/Waiting For: Witcher 2 (360), Prototype 2, Max Payne 3, P4A

I went minimal the first time. It went OK; overall TWD is easier than Monkey Island and the first Indiana Jones.
I was about to try again with all ON but did not see an option for a different SAVE file. Is there more than one file? --- 2005: Console gaming's (early adopter) consumers become pay-to-play game testers (bugs/glitches) Stanley Woo: "we, BioWare, don't owe you a patch"

There are 3 save files. You can have 6 if you use the cloud as well as your hard drive. --- Rule 2, ignore rule 1.

in the options menu they have a light/dark slider, change that for the win! also listening to the conversations was damn near impossible without captions, i recommend using them.
