Didn't get preorder codes

Asked the guy at GameStop after I looked at the receipt and he said I was supposed to get emailed them. Told him that was weird but he said because of the Halo thing everyone was getting emailed codes now. Go home and no email.
What did I not get? Kevin Buttler DLC and "starter" pack?

Only thing I can think of is you supplied a wrong email address perhaps? I pre-ordered from them as well, but I got my email a few minutes after my delivery came.

Same issue here. No email, no code on receipt. Frustrating to say the least.

Not on my receipt either!! I am going to go to Gamestop and complain. My guess is that you have to sign-up for their stupid membership/rewards program.

First time going to Gamestop for a pre-order this gen, and I have all this crap to deal with. This experience is just reinforcing my opinion that Gamestop is a bad store.

Just FYI, I went to gamestop and they printed me out a code. Hope they do the same for you!

Im not on their membership/rewards program. You just gotta make sure they print you out the code. the idiots probably forgot to print it up with your receipt.

It happened to a few people. Tell them and they can look up and print you a code.
