Millionaire Certificate Promotion Question

I saw that Nintendo AU (http://gamesites.nintendo.com.au/millionaire-coin-hunt/) is doing a promotion where you get a certificate for reaching 1 Million coins. Does anyone know if this is going to be for all regions or just AU?
