I'd really like to get this game at some point, but I'm not really willing to pay over $80 + import shipping for a game unless it's a special edition or something. Is there any chance that it'll ever be "reasonably" priced, or should I just move on?

No, if anything it still stay at that point, there's always digital option

Edit: Price will get reduced by the time Diva F-2 is around, just like what happened to diva 1st and 2nd after extend was released.

I detect the taint of chaos in this thread. Once Pedobear gets involved it's time for EXTERMINATUS

A lot cheaper than the $80 price range sites like Play-Asia have. And if you like them on Facebook you can get $5 off by clicking the $5 off banner to the right. So since shipping is inclusive it would cost $59.90 USD total with the $5 off coupon. By far the best price I have seen for it and what I would consider reasonably priced.

Hmm, I have no real experience with import sites other than play-asia and cdjapan. I assume that's a reputable site? Is there any difference between the Asian and JP versions?

Game is exactly the same. Only difference would be the DLC if you plan to get DLC since the Japanese DLC wouldn't work with the Asia version as far as I know. And there are some slight cover differences and stuff that don't impact the game. Personally just plan to stick with playing it on my Canadian account and don't care about the DLC so getting it for that price over what others are selling it for was a no brainer.

And they are a safe site. They also use PayPal so you don't have to give them your card and are covered by PayPal if you had any doubts. They also sell stuff on Ebay and have solid feedback.... http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=jdjgaming&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller
