In the NBA its possible for any team to drop a game here or there. Most NBA games are relatively close, and San Antonio boasts one of the higher point differentials at only +8.4ppg. The glory of sports is that any team can win any game. The odds might be heavily against them, but it is without a doubt possible. When you sim games you have no idea what happened in them. Star players could have been injured, they could have fouled out early or have had to sit parts of the game. A lot can happen during the course of one game.
