How the heck do the raptors beat the spurs in San Antonio in my first yr association? Never would happen in real life, not now at least..

In the NBA its possible for any team to drop a game here or there. Most NBA games are relatively close, and San Antonio boasts one of the higher point differentials at only +8.4ppg. Thats really only 3 or 4 possessions. One loss even to a bad team doesn't mean much.

On paper, the spurs would beat the raptors every time. Games aren't played on paper, though. They're played in tv sets.

this game is very realistic, the lakers went 40-42 my association season.

The glory of sports is that any team can win any game. The odds might be heavily against them, but it is without a doubt possible. When you sim games you have no idea what happened in them. Star players could have been injured, they could have fouled out early or have had to sit parts of the game. A lot can happen during the course of one game.

I assume TC meant the Raptors beat the Spurs in a playoff series.

That would mean The Raptors made it to the Championship and Ive never seen the Raptors make the playoffs out of all the times I created an Association.

I agree that this game is unrealistic.... Just not in that way.
