If you go into the screen where you add attribute points it tells you the cap you can reach for that specific skill (for your position). Otherwise the cap is usually 95 for your "main" stats, 85 for your "secondary" stats and 85 or lower for your "tertiary" stats. Depending on your position/playstyle you might have a few stats that can reach 99 (durability is one). All I can tell you for certain is that I have a slasher SF and all of my offensive stats are above 90.
