Help with the Train and Tanker

Hey everyone I'm completely stuck here at the part of Episode 3 where we stop the train because of that gas tanker is hanging off of the bridge. I have NO IDEA what to do to get that thing down or move it somehow.

I went back to the train station and checked out all of the signs and the "SURVIVOR" sign on top and saw the door that's locked and have no idea how to get in there or what to do from here....

HELP! lol

You have to put clementine on your shoulder So she can open the door to help u progress
