Seeing as he is essentially the Playstation icon his moveset should be like Ogre in Tekken or Seth in SSFIV; a moveset comprised of abilities ripped from various Sony characters, but the moves work differently than their original counterpart and he even uses some moves from characters that aren't in the game.

they've been copying game characters since before ST X Tek =.=

they introduce games and game content by 'visiting' the game worlds themselves or reenacting things from the game... mimicking the characters from the game either while dressed as them or have a name label tacked onto their forehead etc...

He's Japans Sony mascot, i don't see how he WON'T be in it. Even if he's a Japan exclusive or in the backround of some sort.

Or he could be kind of like a tutorial guide type character.
