Overall I could be wrong and *insert name here* could be in the game. This is just so you don't get your hopes up to high and know what will most likely happen.

Highest probability based on the companies, relevance to Sony, and popularity.

Percentage = Chance of being in the game. Nothing is ever truly 100%

**This isn't based on who YOU want in the game, this is based on what will most likely happen** For example: It would be awesome if Nariko made it, but Sony and Ninja Theory just haven't talked about it in years

Nathan Hale or Chimera 90% (At least one of them is bound to happen)

Ico/Wander: 90% (At least one of them is bound to happen. )

Kat from Gravity Rush: 85% (Only reason why she may not be in the game is because she's newer, but she will most likely be in the game.)

Patapon Hero/Tribe: 85% (Being owned by Sony and having a stage in the game gives it pretty good odds)

Leonard from WKC: 80% (Owned by Sony, it has it's sequels so it is possible)

Dart from LoD: 70% (With PaRappa the Rappa being in the game, and this game also owned/made by Sony, it's not super likely but it's not impossible either)

Spike or any character from Ape Escape: 70%

Emmett Graves: 65% (Perhaps....)

Nariko 60% (More popular to the fans; including me, than favored by Sony)

Jeanne d'Arc: 55% (Made by Sony, but don't hold your breath)

Keats/Elena from Folklore: 50% (At best it's like a flip of a coin for either of them to be in the game.)

Sir Daniel Fortesque: 50% (He has a chance.....just not a great one)

Most characters that I didn't list: 25% - 50% - Can't list them all, Dark Cloud, Demon's Souls, Rogue Galaxy, etc. You never know; they could surprise us.


3rd Party Characters:

Snake from MGS4 99.99% (Thanks to Eric Laden's tweet, although it could be from any MGS)
Crash Bandicoot 90%
Lightning 80% (Even though Cloud is waaaay more loved and popular than Lightning; SE seems to love pushing her as the face of FF; sad really)
Ezio 80%
Lara Croft 65% (See comment below)
Spyro 65% (What was once relevant in the PS1 days has lost "Playstation relevance")
Cloud 65% (So sad SE, so sad)
Sephiroth 50%

Any Tekken Characters: 50% (Not super likely but not impossible for 1 to make it in.)

Sora 40% - Although he started out on the PS2.......that's about it. People want him but he's been on a lot of different consoles I just don't think he's as relevant as people want him to be.

Characters I didn't list: 25% - 50% (Well Big Daddy made the cut and that was pretty odd choice.......so you never know.)

I just find it silly to list probability when you couldn't possibly know all the factors about Sony and Superbot Entertainment.
