1. Is it true that Vita and PS3 players will be able to play online together?

2. If that's true, can PS3 and Vita players voice chat together?

EDIT:: That was ignorant... Not even sure if PSABR has Voice chat...

I don't know about that chat feature. Probably not and probably not worth implementing either.
