Hidden/unlockable characters would be fantastic.

What kind of unlocks do you think he's talking about? "Unlocks for days". Sounds like plenty of them to keep us interested for a while. I'll exclude costumes, those are pretty obvious.

Before people get excited more surprised doesn't necessarily mean more characters

Also by unlocks i'm pretty sure he's talking about Intro's, Outro's, Minions, Taunts, Belts, Icons, Backings and that stuff

Now that we know all the characters, my hype has shifted from "Hopefully I can unlock new characters!" to "I can't wait to unlock all this neat stuff!"

Interesting that they both mention Fat Princess is one of the better characters. She seemed meh to me in the beta but maybe the nerfed her to be better.

More game modes and unlockables (costumes, taunts, intro/outros) is what he's probably talking about.
