I would just like to point out that no amount of rain effects Cole because the water isn't a single large body but tiny separate drops of water so its impossible to over load him. He can withstand water until its deeper than he is tall. Once he reaches that point his done for.

couldnt cole get a charge off raidens lightning attacks?

I dont see cole ever getting overloaded with too much electricity, but raiden on the other hand..

I figure the way the fight would go is raiden would attack cole, cole absorbs the lightning attack, then as the battle continues, raiden and cole both step in the same puddle of water, and cole accidentally kills raiden

We've already astablished electricity does squat to Raiden.

and he is waaaaay to quick and agile for cole to even catch with a attack, not to mention 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 defense against a sword that can cut tanks like butter.

When it's raining, Thunder has a 100% success rate, whereas Wild Charge does not, so my bet's on Cole.

He can't even walk in shallow water.
