How are people getting early copies?

I got mine from a flea market in Toronto. The guy's been there 15 years and always has the games ready to sell on the Saturday morning before Tuesday launch. Plus, he sells his stuff for $65 with no tax, which I don't mind because you end up paying $68 after taxes and a Gamestop guarantee anyway. To get the game early an extra $3 is nothing.
