In my opinion, not really. Which is sad, because I loved the inFamous games, but they barely even feel like they do in the game. From my somewhat limited experience, not many of their moves are very hard-hitting, and you can't really do combos with them either since most of their moves are specials with electricity, ice, or fire.
I like them. I expect them to gain popularity as the game settles in. They are fairly mobile, and have decent game at both close and mid ranges. I am surprisingly pleased with them. --- http://www.marvelousworkandawonder.com/
I've been using Evil Cole and doing really well with him actually
This. I feel alot of people are close minded to him due to the hate he got. Hes quite powerful. I've been the focus in a number of matches already, which tells me others think the same. Plus I've only seen him online one time. So alot of people dont know how to handle him yet.
Evil Cole is pretty awesome. I don't have a lot of experience with Good Cole yet.
Evil Cole can chain together a lot of really nasty moves that can catch people very easily, blasting them from afar or pulping them up close. Very versatile and very true to the game. The first time I played him I was recognizing every move from InFamous 2 and loving it.
Really makes me want to see Dart as DLC. --- "Hello! Welcome to our humble abyss." -Saba
