Evil Cole, Because Falcon Punch.

Best move in the game.

Doesn't it work more like a DK Punch?

The windup of DK. The power and intensity of CF.

DK punch is actually stronger than Falcon punch iirc. Especially the 9 wind (fully charged isn't the strongest strangely).

Hmm, I might have to pick up Evil Cole then. I always liked DK in Smash.

Just FYI. Punch em in the air, they go flying. Punch em on the ground, they go into a kneel state where you are free to combo. Or use your level 1 without risk of missing.

I saw the crumple effect in videos but didn't know about a different effect in the air. Thanks. The move seems pretty versatile.

Do you know what it does if it's not fully charged? Also how long does it take to charge? You've gotten me curious.

The knock back effect is only when the target is in the air. This is from personal experience. A full charge takes roughly... 2 seconds if not less.

Not sure about part charges. I never tried charging it halfway. I'm sure it has the same effect as if it was not charged, but grants bonus ap.

Evil Cole seems to be made more for straight up fighting head on. His moves are more offensive and dont really take muh setup, you just use them.

Good Cole just has a ton more utility. He has the up triangle into triangle type thing, his forward triangle is nice to end combos with because it forces the opponent to stay defensive, he has a projectile shield, his up circle is very much a utility move and he just has a lot of moves that vary. He has weaker combos (unless you get lucky and get the stun in his 3 hit combo) but his zoning game is a lot stronger imo.

It feels like Evil Cole is more about 1v1 while Good Cole is better suited for crowd control.

good cole seems stronger, you can freeze into a super, whereas evil cole has to use a placed one, which isnt as direct.

Wrong. Good cole is about the combos and the 1v1 while evil is for FFA and run away. You can go ahead and try and fight straight but why? Double Grenade does massive crowd control damage and Nightmare blast is perfect for those GTFO me moments. Lay a mine and you got yourself the perfect camp with a team mate. level 158 EC btw.

Evil Cole can be locked down fairly well at close range due to his lack of efficient combo ability.

Evil Cole has at least 2 ways to greatly increase his chances of his level one hitting. Evil Cole is a chaos machine. Good Cole is more technical, but overall weaker. Much like in inFamous....... :)
