Seriously, I am a fighting game fan, but I cannot stand the fighting game community. No game is balanced according to them, ever. And any update makes the character "broken" and they wish they stayed how the were.

It might be a generalization but its probably more accurate than if you tried to seriously consider every suggestion that a certain character is OP. If you tried to do that at the current moment you would find enough threads on enough characters that are OP that it would make them still balanced.
