You NEVER give into the whining casual players. You let the game grow and evolve before ruining characters

Or you recognize things that you think don't work and fix them...

Both are completely valid reactions. If they looked and saw sackboys stats and he gets crazy level three kills quickly, that's probably worth patching

Sorry you're a "meta game elitist" or whatever, but you seem to be in the minority on this issue

Sackboy will hardly be ruined for those who were actually decent as him. Maybe you haven't faced a decent Sackboy.

Seth Killian had already mentioned nerfs to Sackboy before the game had even been released, and it wasn't just the "casuals" noticing a problem.

Youre right, Sackboy is ruined now that he cannot hastily spam his way to level 3. He has to work hard to get his level 3

Everyone knows Sackboy was a problem. They track stats and have the metrics to prove that Sackboy was a problem.

People also constantly cry about Raiden, Kratos, Dante. Why didn't they "twitch reaction patch" them too? The whining casuals demand it, yet they didn't give in.

Please explain?

This is more of a case of us being right. They have a program that shows them how much all characters win, what moves are most successful etc. Do you think they would have made changes if they looked and sackboy didnt win a ton and abuse the moves they nerfed and get way too many kills for how much his sulers cost? No.
