are you not SUPPOSE to get the preorder costumes on both versions?

if you preorder the ps3 version, you only get the costumes on the ps3 version when you enter it but not the vita version. people have made claims this is a bug but is it really? maybe it was intended only one game gets the preorder costumes, or has anyone gotten dlc costumes for both versions at the same time around release day?

If you've already redeemed them on PS3, just go to your download history on your Vita. I already tested it out and it worked (digital copy).
