Metal Gear Solid 4 would like to have a word with you. It's Konami, but it's Sony exclusive too.

Infamous had them for a reason...

this.
it had comic-style cutscenes because it was based on comic books

and Infamous 2 had some normal cut scenes too

also this game has both and honestly some of the intros/outros wouldn't be worth it to make full cutscenes out of them

Does Sony hate cut-scenes*

Sony is a collective of people, not just one guy. Either way works.

That would be like saying "Do the family hate chicken?"

The Uncharted Series is one giant cut-scene.

I mean cmon. It might as well be.

Someone doesn't know what "static" art is. Infamous, Starhawk, and Resistance 3 do not have static cut-scenes. But if you do mean for some strange reason, 2D scenes(which aren't bad in the least if done right) All 3 of these titles do it very well, ESPECIALLY Infamous.

I wish Blastoise was my dad. He wouldn't beat my mom like what her boyfriend, Johnny does. If Blastoise was my dad things would be different around here.

Yeah, someone never played Uncharted, or Jak & Daxter. Naughty Dog is like, allergic to 2D cutscenes... and static speaking animations.

I don't think so. I like cutscenes, so I should hope not. It's not even Sony's choice, it's the developers.

Plural does not work in this case. Sony is referenced like a singular noun, just like how "a collective of people" uses singular tense, because the noun is "collective", which is singular.
