I'm going to have to say Heihachi counter. I main him and kind of forgot about his counter move and started using it and dang it works very well and has got me out of some crap situations.

I never see any Ratchet use the Sonic Eruptor. That is like his best tool.

Ratchet's sniper-type attack (O with no direction).

It builds the same AP as Radec's sniper, and it's aimable (even though it doesn't cover as long of a distance). But what's better is that it can hold you in midair for a few seconds, making it easier to dodge the supers of people expecting you to fall.
