Create a Character that's not in the game's moveset and alt costumes!

Dovahkiin (aka Dragonborn)- From Skyrim. Has a unique perk of being able to pick his race along with the costumes (Nord, Dunmer, etc)

Main Costume- Iconic studded armor/iron helmet stuff, uses Steel weapons in his moves.

Alt Costume- Dragonplate Armor, uses the Dragon Bone weapons from Dawnguard in his moves.

Alt Costume 2- Daedric or Glass armor, uses respective weaponry same as the last costumes.


Square attacks-

Neutral- uses sword and shield for a 3-4 hit combo. In air he instead uses dual swords doing a combo of the same speed, but sends foes away.

Side- Shield bash, knocks away opponents, can be used mid-neutral square combo.

Down- 2h power attack- swings a battle-axe/war hammer/great sword downward in an arc popping opponents up. Air version- drops down slamming the ground with the weapon giving a small shock wave that knocks opponents back.

Up- Dual sword attack- slices the swords like a pair of scissors. upward at an angle similar to Evil Cole's.


Triangle attacks-

Neutral- Bow shot, can rapidly fire shots with his bow and angle them similar to Cole and Evil Cole, however the arrows fire at an arc if fired upwards.

Side- Dagger leap, does a short hop forward with two daggers, stabbing an opponent. If hit the foe is hit, they can randomly become poisoned for a short amount of time slowing them down. Air version he leaps downward at an angle.

Down- Poison drop- The Dovahkiin tosses a vial of poison down directly at his feet similar to Sir Dan's down circle, leaving a cloud of poison that gives him ap. (I know you can't actually do this in Skyrim, but I wanted to get each 'specialization' set into each button)

Up- Shock arrow- work's exactly like Sir Dan's, charge and all.


Circle attacks-

Neutral- Destruction spell- fires off a Firebolt spell forward at a medium distance, however it can be charged to change into a Fireball to cause a small AoE explosion to knock enemies away. Can be held and charged while moving, but significantly slows the Dovahkiin down.

Side- Paralyze- fires the spell forward at a similar distance to Cole's side circle, stuns an opponent for a short amount of time if it hits them.

Down- Healing- begins using the 'Healing' spell, and builds AP, similar to Toro's sleep attack.

Up- Conjure Flame Atronach- Summons a flame Atronach for a short amount of time that fires firebolts at foes, can be killed before it's timer runs out.


Supers-

Level 1- Unrelenting Force- the ever famous Fus Ro Dah, fires a shock wave a very short distance away from the Dovahkiin (think like the distance for Raiden's break dance of death, but only in front of him) making foes fly forward a short distance (nowhere near as far as Cole's though) before killing them.

Level 2- Call Dragon or Storm Call- The Dovahkiin shouts to the Sky, Making Odahviing swoop down and fly forward low to the ground breathing flames across the stage. (swoops down to where he's at the Dovahkiin's level, can easily be jumped over, could use some work but I like it better than the other idea I had). Alternatively he uses Storm Call, making lightning bolts rain down vertically around him (pretty much like Kratos's level 2)

Level 3- Dragon Aspect and Marked for Death- The Dovahkiin uses the new Dragon Aspect shout, surrounding him in an aura, and Marked For Death on his foes. The Dovahkiin can then run around the stage using different shouts to finish off foes-

Square becomes Elemental Fury imbued Dual Sword attacks, Triangle becomes Whirlwind Sprint making him kill anyone he charges into, and Circle becomes Fire Breath, making him shoot large fire blasts similar to Kratos's Level 3's circle.


Taunts- He uses Throw Voice shout making a random insult (i.e. Cheese Brain, Skeever Butt). Does the 'drunken npc' dance. Lydia appears saying "I'm sworn to carry your burdens."

Spyro the Dragon
Costume 1 - Original design

Can not double Jump but can jump higher in one jump and then hold to soar.

Neutral square - Tail whip (turns around and whips his tail, can press three times)
Side square - Charge (hold to keep running, causes knockback)
Down square - Tail swipe (knocks opponents over for a stun)
Up square - Soar high (headbutts in an upward angle, hold to continue soaring. Hits opponents while soaring with horns)

Neutral triangle - Agent 9 Blaster (Agent 9 the Monkey appears and shoots multiple blasters)
Side triangle - Hunter's Arrow (Hunter the Cheetah appears and fires an arrow that knocks opponents back)
Down triangle - Shiela Pound (Shiela the Kangaroo jumps up then slams into the ground)
Up triangle - Sgt. James Rockets (Sgt. James Byrd swoops up and fires rockets in an upwards angle)

Neutral circle - Fire breath (causes two second burn that generates AP)
Side circle - Ice breath (causes opponent to freeze)
Down circle - Bently Bash (Bently the Yeti appears and smacks the floor causing a shockwave to go forward)
Up circle - Electric breath (upward angle, can ricochet onto other close opponents)

Super 1 - Superflame (Large flame blasts forward).
Super 2 - Supercharge (Charges across the screen at a fast speed, can jump during and turn around).
Super 3 - Feeding time (Turns everyone into Butterflies, as you touch the opponent Sparx eat them).

Chimera (Resistance)

Costume 1 (default) - Chimeran Hybrid
Costume 2 - Chimeran Steelhead
Costume 3 - Chimeran Hardfang

Neutral Square - Rifle butt (knocks back)
Side square - Hedgehog grenade (turns into a mine if it hits no one)
Up Square - Rifle swipe (swipes bullseye upwards sending the player flying up in an angle)
Down Square - Rifle sweep (sweeps rifle under the players legs so they fall)

Neutral Triangle - Auger (can aim and shoot through objects)
Side Triangle - Auger shield (can withstand 5 projeciles and lasts 5 seconds)
Up Triangle - Deadeye (fires sniper in an upward angle)
Down Triangle - Arc Charger (hold button so the electricity will bounce between players)

Neutral Circle - Bullseye (5 shot)
Side Circle - Tag (makes bullseye shots home in on tagged player)
Up Circle - Cryogun (press to release a 4 second stream of ice that slows and eventually freezes enemies. Hold to send out a shockwave that instantly freezes. Fires at an upward angle)
Down Circle - Reaper Carbine (press to shoot while it automatically switches between left and right hand or hold to shoot both)

Legendary_Musas already had that moveset for Spyro. He made a topic about it.

Here's mine fore Crash:

Square
Ground:
S - Spin attack. Can be mashed a few more times to keep spinning.
Side S - Slide attack
Down S - Belly flop (can be charged for super belly flop with AOE)
Up S - Jetpack (thrusts straight up)

Air:
S - Spin attack. Can be mashed a few more times to keep spinning, and also make you glide while doing so.
Side S - Jetpack tackle (goes horizontal)
Down S - Belly flop (can be charged for super belly flop with AOE)
Up S - Jetpack (thrusts straight up)

Triangle
Ground:
T: Fruit bazooka (shoots wumpa fruit horizontally a medium distance)
Side T: Box throw (10% it can randomly be Nitro)
Up T: Chemical beaker throw in upward arc (50% chance it is a green beaker for normal damage, 50% it's a red beaker for damage plus confusion)
Down T: TNT place (explodes when hit or after three seconds)

Air:
T: Air fruit bazooka (shoots horizontally a medium distance)
Side T: Air box throw (goes diagonally downwards, 10% it can be randomly Nitro)
Up T: Air chemical beaker
Down T: Air TNT drop


Circle
Ground:
O: Crystal throw (throws crystal in slight arcing motion)
Side O: Motorcycle ride (rides motorcycle for a medium distance)
Down O: Nitro crate (works like Sweet Tooth's and Sly's landmines, but comes out slower)
Up O: Time clock (holds over head. If person is hit, their movement slows by 50% for a few seconds)

Air:
O: Air crystal throw (same arcing motion as ground)
Side O: Biplane ride (rides biplane for medium distance)
Down O: Air nitro crate (comes out faster, but explodes on contact with player or ground)
Up O: Air time clock (same as ground)

Throws:
Side R3: Whacks person with crystal
Down R3: Lays them down and drill spins into them
Up R3: Spins and has person sucked into spin, and is launched upwards when finished.

Supers:
Level1: Bowling bomb kick (kicks bowling bomb to side and explodes with whomever it comes in contact with)
Level 2: Polar bear (works like Fat Princess' Chicken in that it can only kill while charging)
Level 3: Aku Aku (Crash gains the ability to kill anyone he comes in contact with, and his normal attack can kill, too. His speed also increases)

Down T - Hammerfist slam (can be charged for area of effect)
Up T - Whipfist grab slam (goes diagonally up side, grabs, and slams. Not homing, has specific target)

Air:
T - Arm blade air slice (drops down)
Side T - Claw pounce
Down T - Air hammerfist elbow drop (can be charged for area of effect)

Circle moves
O - Grab (can then use Square to slam on ground, Circle to throw, or Triangle to copy them, which turns you into a copy of their character with all their moves for 20 seconds, but cannot use supers)
Side O - Whipfist grab (works like Parappa's mic grab)
Down O - Armor transformation (takes a couple seconds to activate. All movements get slower, but you get significantly less knockback and gain more AP per hit)
Up O - Tentacle blob (shoots tentacle blob in air. If it contacts a player, debris comes in and hits the player. All players near it get pulled in, too)

Air:
O - Air grab slam
Side O - Whipfist grab (but this pulls you towards them instead of them being pulled towards you)
Down O - Air armor transformation
Up O - Air tentacle blob

Throws
Side R3 - Grabs you then jabs you with whipfist, spins around, and releases to side
Down R3 - Beatdown (does his beatdown animation from when he consumes important targets from his own game)

Supers:
Level 1: Claw spike - Slams claw into ground and claw spike comes up a specific medium-long range out of ground, killing anyone in its' small radius.
Level 2: Tentacle devastator - A medium range radial explosion of tentacles that lasts for 3 seconds. Kills anyone it comes in contact with.
Level 3: Hunter pets: Summons two hunters that follow him and attack with him, killing anyone they come in contact with.

Special property: can glide by holding X after a double jump

Both very nice movesets. Shame Alex won't be in though, would love to have a battle between him and Cole. A stage from Prototype would be great too (mashed up with inFAMOUS anyone??)

Was running out of stuff to put in, and if you've played Twinsanity, he often threw a crystal...while Cortex was attached to it =P

And besides, I already have a crate throw move for him.

Supers:
Level 1: Turns into Hercules Gex and tail whips, killing whoever comes in contact
Level 2: Gains remote that can shoots lasers for a short time
Level 3: A big TV falls and Gex hits his remote, trapping all the opponents in a boring sitcom, and turns the TV off, the most cruel unusual punishment of all time, surely. He of course has to put his sunglasses on and say something witty.

Also, as a special ability, Gex can grab onto walls if he presses up against them for a second, and stay on there for about ten seconds before he falls off. He can do stuff like tail whipping with square and tongue lashing, and can generally use it to avoid supers.

Tomba:

For my Tomba, a special property is that some of his moves go into his head bite move, which he can then jump with the other character and throw them at others. This results in big AP gains. In addition, falling animation will result in a head bite if he lands on top of an enemy.

Square
Ground:
S: Lunge (small lunge forward, resulting in a head bite)
Side S: Animal dash (makes you run faster, tackles enemies as you go past them, and make you jump further if you jump)
Down S: Banana peel (Charles comes out of Tomba's hair and drops a banana peel, which causes anyone else to slip)
Up S: Leaping lunge (lunges diagonally upwards to head bite enemies in the air)

Air:
S: Air lunge (same as ground)
Side S: Air dash (just makes you move faster. No additional damage)
Down S: Air Banana peel (same as ground)
Up S: Air leaping lunge (same as ground)

Triangle
Ground:
T: Blackjack (medium range attack. Can be charged for more knockback and AP)
Side T: Boomerang (long range attack. Small AP gains)
Down T: Hammer (slower moving short range hammer attack. Big AP boosts)
Up T: Grapple (goes straight up, but homes in about 30 degrees left or right. Small AP gain, and pulls opponent in)

Air:
T: Air Blackjack (same, but goes diagonally down instead)
Side T: Air Boomerang (same as ground)
Down T: Air Hammer (does flip with it, which does a sweeping attack underneath Tomba)
Up T: Air Grapple (same as ground, but you're pulled towards them)

Circle
Ground:
O: Flying squirrel suit (takes a couple seconds to don the flying squirell suit, which causes you to fall slower in the air for a couple seconds)
Side O: Crying state (runs to side flailing his arms and crying, hurting all in his path)
Down O: Charity wings (a directable teleport)
Up O: Laughing state (laughs upwards, stunning opponents long enough to do an attack)

Air:
O: Air flying squirrel suit (same as ground)
Side O: Air crying state (lays on stomach in air and flails and cries as he falls)
Down O: Air charity wings (same as ground)
Up O: Air laughing state (same as ground, but causes you to stop in mid air)

Throws:
Up R3: Grabs them by feet and flips them
Side R3: Bites them a few times and throws them to the side
Down R3: Holds down with foot and bashes face with hammer

Supers:
Level 1: Event Complete!: Tomba raises his armsand an AP chest lands right in front of him and opens, and whoever it lands on gets killed and a message appears over Tomba's head that says "Event Complete!" and does a little jingle.
Level 2: Evil Pig Army: Tomba turns around, jumps in suprise from the invading pig army, and ducks, causing some normal pink pigs and flying purple pigs to leap and fly past him, killing any in their wake.
Level 3: Evil Pig Bag: Every other player is turned into pig minions, which move slower. Tomba acts as normal, and a pig bag appears in the middle. To get kills, you need to head bite and throw them into the bag, and the bag's mouth will rotate towards incoming enemies. Lasts a good 25 seconds, but respawning enemies return to normal.
