It will have a cast like you mentioned just as small as super smash bros 1. Forza cars and Minecraft weapons will be items to use.
The guy from Fez will be the star character just like how Mario is in SMB and Parappa is in PSABR

Star Ocean is Multi Platform. And Playstation consoles have the most exclusive SO games. Star Ocean 2(PS1), First departure (PSP), Second Evolution(PSP) and Star Ocean 3 (PS2).
