As for the counter if it's as predictable as Dante's sometimes just wait till they do it too early and punish them (in that very small window frame you get) or just grab/super them

hough admittedly Sly's teleport is OP considering the startup and endlag (there isn't much of either).
As for counters, just grab them, grabs can't be countered.
