kingtrace Posted 1/21/2013 7:55:47 PM	This kid is a well certified troll on these boards, but to humor him, the only character whose level 2 is flat out better than their level 3 is fat princess and maybe Parappa and Heihachi. Every other character can easily get more kills with their level 3 (big daddy and raiden for sure, you must be smoking crack if you think Frenzy gives more kills than Flood). Cinematic level 3 give 3 guaranteed kills while players like Kratos or Parappa level 2 are risking getting dodged. You're just silly, and I hope your parents decided to give you attention this evening.

It is not about lvl 2 being stronger... yes they are, but they also don't guarantee you anything. Ask anyone who has put effort into this game... Heihachi, Parap, BD, Rai, FP... all of their level 2's are entirely avoidable. i have been in matches where all of their lvl 2's have netted zero kills. It is not about being stronger than lvl 3... lvl is about guaranteed kills. Unless you do absolutely nothing when you activate your level 3 as someone like BD, all 3 kills are lined up for you and easy to get. --- Movie Review Blog: http://cruizd.blogspot.com Japan is so nice!
grzajabarkus Posted 1/21/2013 9:34:59 PM	Level 3 was made to give the player an easier time to get kills. But they are also the most expensive, and not really an effective way to fight. Every time I've lost its from a good player that almost always uses their level 1 and gets multiple kills with it.
