maybe because he still does what he believes is right for humanity, yet goes about it a different way. A true evil person cares nothing about anyone and acts out of self interest. However, at the end of Infamous 2, evil cole leads humans into the next stage of evolution, albeit forcing those who do not want new powers. Technically, he is still a good guy in that respect.

Didn't Hitler use those same words to justify himself? Either him or Darth Vader, never can get it straight

No hitler said if your not a German u die. He also believed in a superior race of blond n blue eyes. Which is not recruitable in anyway like Cole's method. Whereas Hitler's method is your either born that way or your not.

thank you. anyways, good and evil is 100% subjective anyways, but evil cole is more closer to good than evil, for the simple fact that he still cares for humanity.

You need to be born with the Conduit gene IIRC. So yes, it is "born that way or your not".

hes trying to control humanity as he sees fit, he isnt trying to preserve it. theres nothing good about that.

funny as how you say that. the ending clearly shows him leading the revolution of new metahumans, albeit he forces it. He genuinely believes that the future of mankind is to become the beast himself and make sure that everyone gets superpowers. Like I said, he is closer to good than bad. A true evil person cares for noone and acts solely out of their own benefit. Evil Cole is more misguided than evil.
