A "rematch" option for quickmatches.

If there's controversy over who should have won? Rematch!
Found some fun guys and had a pleasant friendly fight? Rematch!
Got paired up with a decent 2v2 partner and want to stick with him a while longer? Rematch!

The way it would work is if everyone agrees, there's a direct rematch.
If only 2 or 3 people agree, then the server finds someone to fill the gaps.

This would help the entire online community grow and make it easier to find random friends to play with.
