Any reason to ever use Raiden's neutral Triangle attack(s)?

#1holysquidPosted 1/28/2013 11:33:48 PM
I find that his n2 string is his coolest (for lack of a better term), and I'd like to use them more often, but I can't seem to find a practical use for them, nor can I find a way to combo into them from another attack.

Any ideas?

It guard breaks if you charge it, but I've never found a use for it in any of my combos.

Triangle-square gives a butt-drop that can combo into his level 1, and can also be combo'd into by forward square or air down triangle. You can also do down circle, up square, jump, squarex5 for an AP burst after it.
This is quite possibly the worst user on GameFAQs:

Triangle square is useful in combos. Also, all of these attacks let you go into the backslash, so even if they might look vulnerable, you can actually cancel out of them into an attack if someone comes up behind you.
