Positive or Negative that stage size hugely effects who can win easiest?

A Positive, adds a random element of doom or glory for specific characters

So you're FORCING upon us the opinion that stages affect winning? Because literally the only person very affected is Radec.

On a serious note do Fat Princesses level 3 on a smaller stage then on a larger stage. You were saying?

It is very possible to get 3+ in 2v2 and 4+ in FFA with her level 3. Depends on scrubbyness. Though
