How do I make it Player 1, 2,3 and 4 instead of (mygamertag)1,2,3,4?

Pretty sure that's what's stopping my friends from being able to pick the alt costumes I've unlocked.

Hmm then how can my friends/roommates pick the alt costumes? When they hit up after selecting a character with an alt costume I've unlocked nothing happens.
