They are tiered into sub tiers inside each category, with those listed first being best.
S Tier: Kratos, Raiden, Nathan Drake-They can generate AP very well, have extremely efficient supers, and can effectively control a crowd.
A Tier: Sly Cooper, Fat Princess, Evil Cole MacGrath, Cole MacGrath, Ratchet and Clank-They can generate AP well, have efficient supers, and can hold their own in a crowd.
B Tier: Toro, Parappa, Big Daddy, Sackboy, Sweet Tooth, Dante, Jak and Daxter-They can do all that A tier characters can, but just not AS efficiently, or only excel in one or two of the listed traits.
C Tier: Colonel Radec, Nariko, Spike-They either have a more difficult time generating AP or have average supers, but can be effective in certain matchups.
D Tier: Sir Daniel Fortesque, Heihachi Mishima-They cannot generate AP as well as the other characters or lack supers that are effective enough to keep up with the rest of the All Stars.
