My reasoning for Jak and Sly only being in the mostly category and not grouped with Ratchet in the True tier is because Jak is still left behind on the PS2, and Sly only just now got one new game on the PS3. Ratchet made the transition from PS2 to PS3 early, and while the series doesn't seem to know where to go now, it's still more current. Of course, the HD collections probably helped keep them afloat and finding a new audience, so I didn't really consider that. Probably still wouldn't do much, though.

I did try to consider if they were stars in their own time. Had I not, Sir Dan and Parappa would be in an even lower tier, because they haven't been relevant for a long while. However, given I was under 10 years old when they were around, and I never played their games, then I don't really know how relevant they actually were.

Given I played the crap out of Crash and Spyro, and Final Fantasy VII and MGS1 are still highly talked about today, they would be true PS All Stars in my head.

In my opinion, everybody is a True All-Star except Fat Princess (somewhat), Dante (somewhat), Heihachi (somewhat), and Big Daddy (unrelated).
