Okay, so Day 1 is done.

Here is how it works: You rate the character and the board user of the day 0-100% by how much you like them.

You then get 4 nominations to use between characters and users (you must nominate at least one character and one user between your 4 nominations)

Ratchet - 69% (I find many griefers that use him, but my biggest complaint is that he's too good; the kind of character that one must recognize as deserving of a roster slot in spite of personal opinion)

You can vote them, and they will be in. I guess I forgot to mention that in my rules, I tried to make them MUCH simpler than yesterday lol. So if you like, you can use two votes for Retro and Thunder, and the other two for Spike.
