Would a simple mode have helped this game sell better?

Some fighting games like Marvel vs Capcom 3 had a simple mode to help newbies or casual players do decent combos by just mashing 1 button.

It's already casual friendly. Trouble is folk jump right online rather than go through the arcade mode or practice.

Maibe, i would have rather that time spent working on a Survival or Time Attack mode though, as it would add more actuall replay value & game options.

I think a basic health mode actually would've helped the game sell better. The two concerns I've heard the most are "I don't like the roster" and "I don't like the super system." Tough to fix the first one, but the latter can be taken care of really easily with a basic health mode.

Heck, leave the super attacks in if you want, and just make them extremely strong attacks in health mode. XD

If I haven't mentioned Trivio in my post, it's because she is so beautiful and precarious that I just wanted to show her how much she means to me.
