I just got the game and am loving it. Is the reason that its not doing to well is it because that it got bad reviews?

The game is "better" now thanks to the patches.

Not really there are a lot of things that people complain about that they continue to overlook... They are really only catering to the minority

Mainly haters who thought that it was a Super Smash Bros. clone.

There are some legit complains, but almost all the bad reviews are connected to this.
