There's no way to tell overall. You have to go by modes.

Whether it's 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 is going to make a difference.

For instance, the general consensus right now is Kat might be top tier in 1 vs 1 but she's not nearly as good in 2 vs 2 as she relies on lengthy and specific setups that can easily be interrupted in a more chaotic enviroment.

I beg to differ a Kat that knows what shes doing and has a decent teammate is a massive pain in the ass.... Once she gets you away from your partner the match is practically already won for her.

Personal preference: Sweet Tooth
Character that can destroy games and easy wins: Kratos

I like characters with more thought to them and yes Sweet Tooth has a simple moveset but I'm biased as I love Twisted Metal. Really enjoying Emmett at the moment also. Just need to work out his level 3 a bit more.

I was gonna say Sly, but I think it's E. Coli. I mean, he has an answer to everything, good mobility and good hcs. Sly is a very close second, though.

As for Kat, she's top tier for sure, but not as great as people think.
