How can we get the other costumes?

I read somewhere online that Kat and Emmet have a 3rd costume? How do we get them?

ALSO, are we EVER gonna get Big Daddy's, Dante's, Raiden's, and Heihachi's pre-order costumes?

i wanna know in general if we can expect more download costumes.
i feel that everyone should get one more.

like Raiden would get Grey Fox like the pre-order costume from his game.

I even held this big series of polls for deciding what DLC costumes people would like the most. I sent the results to SuperBot on their Facebook page.

Wonder what channels I would have to go through to get this info to Sony Santa Monica?

I've seen images of the third alts. Not sure if legit but if so I assume they will be DLC at some point. Little odd they wasn't included from the start but meh.
