This actually makes sense. Even though I played none of his games, I think that guy should have been in this game..

1. He was always a bad guy because he released the virus which caused massive damage and death. The only thing that changes suddenly is his attitude. He changed from someone who was trying to combat the government and the virus to someone who was trying to spread the virus even more to destroy the government. Next time, pay more attention to the story. I will not argue with you because you can't change the story of the game.

2. I agree that he would be a good match in this game. I would say Heller is a better choice, but those tentacles might be OP because they can stop a person or thing from moving.
