What's up with the rival stage?

I was excited to finally see this as a playable stage online, but where's the music?? The rival stage has two of my favorite songs in the game but not once have I played it without it being pitch silent. And my game sometimes crashes directly after.

Music sometimes glitches and won't play at all.

Every patch for PlayStation All-Stars seems to fix one thing and break another.
It's like fixing the windshield of a car, and then the tires pop off.

Seems you have more issues then the normal. That could be something from your end like your connection, PS3, HD, etc...
