My guess is that she's just new, ffa which is the main mode is terrible for her, in 1v1 she's top tier perhaps but her hc from debris only works if other are debris out which you can break from strong knockback attacks and any grab, some of her moves are very punishable
Her real advantage is that a lot of her negative match ups are with less used characters like spike and sir dan
